Located just over 3 miles from Cabrera this small gated community might be a near perfect fit for what you’ve been seeking. Those who like the peaceful non congested feeling that comes from living in a smaller community yet does not want to be completely secluded this should resonate nicely. City water and power are included. There are only 14 ocean view properties available ranging from 2000 square meters (1/2 acre) on up.
