What is the Cost for Home Construction Management
Last but certainly not lease is price for services rendered. One should expect to pay anywhere from 4 to 6 percent for a home construction management service. Like real estate, services and products are negotiable. However, be advised that in the D.R., as in other countries, “you get what you pay for” in terms of services rendered.
