After being in the dirt game for 17 year in this region I feel this just might be the highest quality farm I've seen. This 130 acre (838 tareas) coco farm is all cleared, very little wild growth! The entire property is fenced with barbed wire! There's three rivers on the property. One river is very wide and two others that are more narrow and all three never run dry!!! There's a small house on the property and even has paved road to entrance of the property. Property has 1960 8 year old mahogany trees and 3,270 cocoa trees ranging from 3 to 7 years old. For anyone interested in a hit the ball out of the park investment that's an excellent source of income it's a must see. The Government has a program for growing mahogany trees that's very lucrative and there's a reason cocoa is termed a gold crop. Truly one of the best values I've seen in all my years of living in the region!!! Simply spectacular!
