Hi, my name is Barry Soloman, I've been living or working in the Caribbean since 1984. In that 30 year time span, I've acquired a vast amount of knowledge regarding the selling or purchasing of residential Real Estate in this particular area of the world. A brief highlight of some of my personal accomplishments includes the following. In 2009 I placed in the top 5% of more than 182,000 Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide for closed volume. Ranked 47th in the state of Florida for 2009. Florida currently has more than 193,000 licensed Agents. 2008 placed in the top 5% on closed volumes for Coldwell Banker. Both 2008 & 2009 received Coldwell Banker's prestigeous "Presidents Award" for closed units. These are just a few of many such awards. Hi my name is John Steven. I've been living in the DR for the past fifteen years five of which have been full time. Five years ago I had the opportunity to open Stevens Professional English School located in the city of Nagua. Since then many of my students have gone on to find exciting high paying professional careers. Much to my surprise it yielded an amount of respect from the parents unknown in western societies.
